1. Description of Service

LatrCart (“LatrCart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a shopping organization platform that allows users to save shopping carts, receive alerts, and return to third-party retailer websites to complete purchases.

LatrCart is not a retailer, marketplace, seller of goods, or payment processor. All purchases occur directly between the user and the retailer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Account Registration

Users may register via email, Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or other supported providers.

You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account.

4. Third-Party Retailers

LatrCart links to external retailer websites and does not control pricing, inventory, shipping, returns, or retailer policies.

Alerts are informational and not guaranteed to be accurate or real-time.

5. Notifications & Alerts

Users may receive price drop alerts, sale alerts, restock alerts, coupon alerts, and reminders.

Users are responsible for verifying information prior to purchase.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

LatrCart may earn commissions from affiliate links when users complete purchases. This does not increase the purchase price.

7. Future Paid Features

Certain features may require payment in the future. iOS subscriptions will follow Apple App Store billing rules.

8. User Content

Users retain ownership of saved items and content but grant LatrCart a limited license to store and process content for service operation.

9. Prohibited Use

Users may not reverse engineer, scrape, automate, or misuse the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided 'AS IS' and without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

LatrCart is not liable for retailer actions, missed discounts, or indirect damages.

Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to LatrCart in the prior 12 months.

12. Termination

Users may delete accounts via Settings → Account → Delete Account or by emailing admin@latrcart.com.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, United States.
