LatrCart (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a mobile application that allows users to save shopping carts, receive alerts, and return to third-party retailer websites to complete purchases. By using the LatrCart app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Description of Service

LatrCart is a shopping organization platform. We are not a retailer, marketplace, seller of goods, or payment processor. All purchases occur directly between you and the retailer.

The Service helps you:

  • Save shopping carts and items

  • Receive notifications (price drops, sales, restocks, coupons)

  • Return to retailer websites to complete purchases

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You may register using email, Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or other supported providers.

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Third-Party Retailers

LatrCart links to external retailer websites. We do not control pricing, inventory, shipping, returns, or retailer policies.

Alerts and notifications are informational only and may not reflect real-time availability or accuracy.

5. Notifications & Alerts

The Service may send you:

  • Price drop alerts

  • Sale notifications

  • Restock or coupon alerts

  • Purchase reminders

You are responsible for verifying information before making any purchase.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

LatrCart may earn commissions through affiliate links when purchases are completed. This does not increase the price you pay.

7. Future Paid Features

Some features may require payment in the future. iOS subscriptions will comply with Apple App Store billing rules. All subscription terms are presented at the time of purchase.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of your saved carts and other content. By using the Service, you grant LatrCart a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the operation of the Service.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

  • Scrape, automate, or misuse the Service

  • Interfere with the operation or security of LatrCart

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LatrCart does not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LatrCart is not liable for:

  • Actions of third-party retailers

  • Missed discounts, delayed alerts, or incorrect information

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to LatrCart in the prior 12 months, if any.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account or by contacting:

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
