latrcart (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a mobile application that allows users to save shopping carts, receive alerts, and return to third-party retailer websites to complete purchases. by using the latrcart app (the “service”), you agree to these terms of service (“terms”).
1. description of service
latrcart is a shopping organization platform that provides an integrated browser for accessing supported third-party retailer websites.
the service allows users to:
browse supported retailers through the latrcart browser
save and organize shopping carts and products
receive notifications regarding price changes, sales, restocks, and promotional offers
discover coupon codes and compare available pricing information
return to retailer websites to complete purchases
latrcart is not a retailer, marketplace, seller of goods, or payment processor. purchases are completed directly with third-party retailers and remain subject to their respective terms and policies.
2. eligibility
you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the service. by registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. account registration
you may register using email, apple sign-in, google sign-in, or other supported providers.
you are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity under your account. notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. third-party retailers
latrcart links to and displays information relating to third-party retailers. latrcart is not a retailer, marketplace, seller of goods, or payment processor and is not responsible for retailer pricing, inventory, product availability, shipping, fulfillment, returns, cancellations, or retailer policies.
product information, prices, promotions, availability, and other shopping information displayed through the service may be obtained from retailer websites, affiliate partners, third-party data providers, user-submitted information, or other permitted sources.
pricing, promotional, and availability information may change at any time and may not always reflect real-time information. the price, availability, promotion, and terms displayed by the retailer at the time of purchase control.
5. pricing, coupons, comparisons & alerts
the service may provide:
price drop alerts
sale and promotional notifications
restock notifications
coupon codes and promotional offers
comparative pricing and savings information
purchase reminders
latrcart may aggregate coupon codes, promotional offers, pricing information, and other shopping information from retailers, affiliate partners, third-party sources, and the latrcart community.
coupon codes and promotional offers may expire, become unavailable, have eligibility requirements, or fail to apply to a particular purchase. latrcart does not guarantee that any coupon, promotion, price, or offer will be available or accepted by a retailer.
comparative pricing and savings information is provided for informational purposes and may not include every retailer, seller, promotion, or price available. latrcart does not guarantee that a displayed price is the lowest price available.
you are responsible for confirming the final price, product availability, coupon eligibility, and purchase terms directly with the retailer before completing a transaction.
6. affiliate disclosure
latrcart may earn commissions through affiliate links when purchases are completed. this does not increase the price you pay.
7. future paid features
some features may require payment in the future. ios subscriptions will comply with apple app store billing rules. all subscription terms are presented at the time of purchase.
8. user content
you retain ownership of content you submit to latrcart. by using the service, you grant latrcart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, aggregate, and use submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and provide the service.
user-submitted content may include saved carts, product information, coupon codes, promotional information, and other shopping-related information.
if you submit a coupon code, promotion, or other shopping information for use by the latrcart community, you represent that you have the right to share that information. you grant latrcart permission to verify, aggregate, display, distribute, modify, or remove that information in connection with the service.
latrcart may remove user-submitted information that is inaccurate, expired, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate for the service.
9. prohibited use
you agree not to:
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
scrape, automate, or misuse the service
interfere with the operation or security of latrcart
10. disclaimer of warranties
the service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. latrcart does not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.
11. limitation of liability
to the maximum extent permitted by law, latrcart is not liable for:
actions of third-party retailers
missed discounts, delayed alerts, or incorrect information
any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to latrcart in the prior 12 months, if any.
12. termination
you may delete your account at any time via settings → account → delete account or by contacting:
admin@latrcart.com
we may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
13. governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of the state of michigan, united states, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
